1. Nature of Service & Disclaimer
The Site combines traditional Qi Men Dun Jia charting with AI to provide interpretations, for cultural, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes, or should be relied on as, medical, legal, financial, investment, or any other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on its content.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions, Payment & Cancellation
3.1 Free trial. Creating an account gives you a 30-day free trial of all features, with no card required. When the trial ends you are not charged and are not converted to a paid plan automatically; continuing with paid features requires you to subscribe deliberately.
3.2 Subscription and automatic renewal. Pro is billed at the price shown at checkout (currently US$9.99 per month). The subscription renews automatically each month: your payment method is charged at the start of every billing period and continues to renew until you cancel. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
3.3 How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without any cancellation fee. To cancel, use the subscription management link in your account after signing in, or email support@qimena.com and we will do it for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and no further charges are made afterwards.
3.4 Refunds. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. If you are charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or the service is unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will review and refund at our discretion. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you have under the law of your place of residence.
3.5 Payment processing and bank fees. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. The processing fees Stripe charges us are borne by us and are not added to your price. Please note, however, that your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own charges for cross-border transactions or currency conversion (for example a foreign transaction fee or an FX conversion fee). Such charges are levied by that institution, are not fees of this Site, and are neither collected, controlled, nor refundable by us — please check with your card issuer.
3.6 Price changes. We may change subscription pricing. If we do, we will notify you in advance by email or on-site notice, and the new price applies from your next billing period; if you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including automated scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the service, or uploading unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's charting engine, interface, copy, knowledge-base articles, and branding are protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission. Content you enter remains yours.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
